Welcome to the Tellico Harbor subdivision website.  The Tellico Harbor Property Owners' Association (POA) has created this website to give you instant access to subdivision information.

Our covenants and by-laws can be accessed by clicking on the Covenants link in the sidebar. Current copies of our POA newsletters are also linked here. If you would like to contact the President of the subdivision for feedback and or other information, you can do that by going to the "Organizations" page and find the appropriate telephone number there.

Open Board meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month every other month at 7:00 pm. Refer to the "Activities Calendar" for the actual dates. All members are are invited.
