The Governing Documents Tellico Harbor Subdivision has in place documents which cover the planning, permitting and construction of homes within the Subdivision. These governing documents are in place to ensure that the quality of life and property values are maximized for all property owners. The value of the homes is closely tied to these protective covenants and property purchasers understand that payment of dues and cooperation with Property Owners Association decisions and polices is a requirement concomitant with property purchase and ownership. Non-payment of such dues, fines, assessments and fees will cause a recorded lien to be placed against the defaulting member’s property. The maximum Common Expense Assessment shall be ($218.79) per lot payable on an annual basis by January 31 in the year the payment is due. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged after the due date.
