Tellico Harbor subdivision, is located in the Town of Vonore TN, http://www.townofvonoretn.com  Monroe County http://www.monroecountychamber.org/ is situated along Nine Mile Creek at mile 20 on the Little Tennessee River which, thanks to Fort Loudon dam, has become Tellico Lake.  The attractive bay formed by Nine Mile Creek, with its convenient marina leads to many miles of shoreline along Lake Tellico, located 30 miles southwest of Knoxville.

Although not part of the subdivision, Tellico Marina http://tellicomarina.com/tellicomarina/ is located in the same peaceful cove and considered the 'crown jewel' on Tellico Lake. Surrounded by scenic hills and mountains, the marina is the ideal place to keep your boat, or to stop for a quick bite, or linger with friends for a delicious meal on the deck of the Tellico Grill. Known for its clear smooth water, Tellico lake is surrounded by majestic mountains and historic landmarks. It really is perfect for boating enthusiasts.

The pristine Lake Tellico has over 15,000 acres of water surface. Because of its close relationship with the Great Smoky Mountains, the lake features a wide assortment of wildlife. Bass are common throughout the lake, both largemouth and smallmouth, as well as crappie, bluegill and catfish, and walleyes.

Impounded in 1979, Lake Tellico offers excellent opportunities for water recreation, such as sailing, swimming, jet skiing and water skiing.
